Get ready for a special Nashville evening with Geena!

Please meet in the hotel lobby at 5:00 PM sharp, as we’ll be departing together from the hotel at 5:00 PM to visit Frothy Monkey on 12 South — one of Geena’s meaningful Nashville spots from the early part of her career.

This will be a fun, intimate stop to enjoy coffee, take photos, connect with each other, and hear behind-the-scenes stories from Geena’s creative journey.

A Night Out in Geena’s Nashville

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Spend the evening at Pinewood Social, a fun local hangout with coffee, drinks, conversation, and bowling. It’s the perfect first-night experience to connect with Geena and the group in a relaxed Nashville atmosphere.

DAY 2

Create, Record & Celebrate with Geena

Brunch Before the Big Creative Day

10:45 AM – 12:30 PM

Kick off the day with an exciting Nashville morning with Geena!

Please meet in the hotel lobby at 10:45 AM. From there, we’ll head together to Milk & Honey in The Gulch, one of Geena’s favorite brunch spots.

Get ready for great coffee, delicious brunch, fun conversations, and a lively start to the day in one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the city, connect with Geena, and make some great memories together!

Write a Song with Geena

1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Join Geena for a special 3-4 hour songwriting and recording session. Guests will help turn ideas, emotions, and stories into an original song while experiencing Geena’s creative process up close. No music experience is needed.

Your Private Geena Live Experience

7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Enjoy an intimate 2-hour private live performance by Geena, featuring acoustic songs, personal stories, Q&A, and possibly the song created together during the retreat.

Please note that the shuttle will depart from the hotel at 6:15 PM, so please be ready to leave from the hotel at that time.
